























Braga’s municipality has about 180,000 inhabitants and hundreds of cultural events every month. In 2017, the year of the Cultural Agenda’s 20th birthday, we were challenged to present a proposal to redesign this object.
We proposed a careful graphic design plan, as well as a complete reorganization of the publication's editorial scheme. The contents started to be shown chronologically, and displayed in five different categories: exhibitions, events, shows, cinema, children and visits. It was also proposed the publication of a more extensive reading content with reports, interviews, guided tours, photo galleries, etc.
The success of our work was proven by the high demand of the agenda, by tourists and locals, but also by the greater participation of the promoters, who were egger to appear on each edition and doubled the information sending about their events. The design project was also recognized, in July 2018, with a Silver Award at the Design Annual 2019 prize, promoted by Graphis.
